There is no charge for incoming letters to your virtual office address, and you can opt to pick up your mail in person if you prefer. Our in-house staff are highly experienced at sorting out customers’ mail and taking delivery of packages.  We’ll be here, 8.30am to 6pm to handle your mail, leaving you free to be out and about, running your business. This can be diverted to your existing fax line, or we can offer a fax2email service, so you don’t need to buy your own fax machine. This system enables faxes to be emailed automatically to your inbox as attachments.

 

  • Voicemail: A personalised voicemail service is also included as part of our package of virtual office services. This enables you to record appropriate outgoing messages as often as you like, and to access your incoming messages from anywhere at all, 24/7. We also offer Voice2email which allows messages left on voicemail to be delivered to your email inbox. All you need are speakers or headphones to hear the attached message. You can also receive the message on your iphone or Blackberry as a .wav file.

 

  • Email: To put the finishing touches on your comprehensive virtual office solution, we can also divert emails to you, if required. You will be allocated an address: Your Company @ Smithfield.co.uk, and any incoming emails will be automatically diverted to your current email address. You can also send outgoing messages using your virtual office email.
