Our virtual office services in the City of London

0207 central London telephone number. We can also provide non geographic numbers (FREE 0845 numbers).
Calls can be diverted directly to a number of your choice.
Calls are answered into company name during office hours 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, calls can be diverted to voicemail, landline or mobile.
Calls can be forwarded to you on your landline and/or mobile. They will be announced with company name and caller's name. Alternatively, we can take contact details with a message and email or text the information.

You will be able to liaise directly with your receptionists - indeed we recommend that you keep in touch with them as you would do with your own staff. If you are away for a business trip or are tied up in a meeting, let us know. If you go on holiday, we can offer a different call management solution such as message taking or diverting your calls to another destination.

We have clients with different internal organisations, from one to many people. Our job is to understand how you work and offer the appropriate solution to your business.
